I have been going 5-6 times a week for the last couple of months. Its winter here so I love being able to get into the nice warm room.
I’ve been doing a lot of yoga lately and i just did a double bikram class (two 90 min classes back to back). So tired! Haven’t done a double in ages. Anyone else do bikram classes? Message me :)
